Abridged Bio:
I write about travel, because I have stories to tell.
Have you ever danced the Cotton Eye Joe for a group of elderly Irishmen? Or dated an English drug dealer you met on an internet chatroom in London? Have you ever eaten a white pineapple from Ghana, or punched a random Czech man in the face at a nightclub in Prague? That’s okay, you’ve probably done some way cooler things while abroad. But that’s the beauty of travel – our own unique experiences shape who we are, and how we live.
Travel writing is an evolving craft both guided and hindered by the age of technology. This site is a collection of my thoughts, feelings and experiences while searching the world for a place to call “home.” I tell my tales as best I can, attempting to discover who I am, what I want to be, and what I will become.
Normal people spend their money on normal things, like happy hour, weekly mani-pedis, and nice cars. But I’m not a normal person. I’ve been traveling the world since I was seventeen, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
